About the Owner:

Native to southern California, Ryan Carr has spent many years in the construction industry. Working with both independent private contractors and large bodied commercial contracting corporations, Ryan has developed a sharp understanding for owning and operating Home and Land Solutions. Ryan prides himself with attention to detail.

"waiting until I hit my 30’s to start my own company, I had ample opportunity to notice the things I didn't like about the way other companies conducted business.” said Ryan at an interview in early 2007. He later expanded on how since he has moved to New York and began Home and Land Solutions, he has been able to really focus on customer satisfaction."

Admin office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Saturdays are scheduled by appointment. The Home and Land Solution office phone line is monitored 24 hours a day.
